She is legit!
Part of me thinks she is legit and that Sophie is overreacting and thinking into everything so much. Erika hasn't really done anything extremely mean there have just been a few minor incidents where they don't seem to get on. - This could be quite natural considering she is dating Elliot and Sophie and Elliot still talk... it makes it uncomfortable. It doesn't mean Erika is up to something.
Erika getting upset over the interview was just showing she genuinely does want and need a job - who wouldn't if they were jobless? And as much as it was cheeky, maybe she just felt like Sophie might give her a chance as they knew each other.
Also, I feel like maybe Sophie is still in love with Elliot and that is why she is so against Erika and is getting so angry over her friends and Aaron taking her side. Them getting married has hit Sophie and she doesn't want it to go ahead. She is so used to Elliot still moping around and being in love with her that him moving on is strange for her.
She isn't legit!
There has been a strange vibe around Erika the moment she came into the story. The fact that she is friends with Ashley (who we all know is a sneaky bitch), makes me think maybe Erika is similar. It seems weird that someone so nice could be friends with a girl like Ashley.
Secondly, it did seem strange that she went for the job to work for Sophie. Why would you want to work for your fiancé's ex??
I don't know why Erika would be acting so sneaky and mean towards Sophie other than the obvious - Sophie being Elliot's ex but I feel like if she isn't legit, there would be some other reason for it... I just don't know what it is yet.
Lastly, I'm still unsure if Sophie really is in love with Elliot still. As much as it makes sense, it doesn't at the same time. We'd known for ages that something wasn't right for them when they were together and Sophie never gave off the vibe that she did love him, causing their relationship to end. She went through so much to get Aaron and they even have a child together now. It seems kind of crazy that after everything so far that she would suddenly still be in love with him.

I'm still torn between both sides. But these are two theories for now until we get more clues - which I think we will be in the stag/hen do chapters!
