How and Why the Gang Formed: Fact Sheet Timeline!

• Buddy killed gang members parent's (e.g. Matt's parents etc...) so he could take the children in for money and make them a part of his gang.
• Rebecca and Jonathan Gibson traded Jay in to Buddy for money because he was a pain to look after as a child.
• Jazmine Montague (Jess' sister) found out that Buddy made her mum 'kill her dad' (she soon found out that Rusty was actually alive but at the time didn't know this).
• She was going to tell Jess what Buddy had made their mum Jasmine do, but Buddy wanted to stop this.
• Buddy knew Jazmine (Jess' sister) was pregnant at the time and that she didn't want the dad to know, so was going to use this against her.
• Rebecca and Jonathan Gibson 'knew' who the dad was (or at least thought they did) and told Buddy it was Jack.
• Buddy threatened to tell Jack about Jazmine's pregnancy if she didn't leave Brighton, so she did - this is why Jess never knew much about her sister Jazmine.
• It turned out the baby was actually Kye's but she didn't want it to be because it would be a Gibson.
• The baby is Kian - who was in the story and built up a good relationship with Jack at one point

• Buddy then told Rebecca and Jonathan to pretend that Jay didn't exist - he wanted them out of his life as he had paid them money for Jay.
• Buddy also told them his plan to ruin the gang he had just built up - claiming he was done with everyone (as he had their parents money and didn't need them anymore) and he wanted the Gibson's help to ruin them all.
• Rebecca and Jonathan 'had to' help Buddy because they still owed them (Buddy had paid them for Jay but he still wanted more off them because he had been a lot of trouble to handle).
• The Gibson's agreed to help Buddy ruin them all but on one condition - that they didn't hurt Jay. It was agreed.
• This lead to Buddy having a lot of control over what happened in the gang's lives - for example, Jack and Jess meeting.

• When Buddy's plans to take down the gang failed the Gibson's stepped back and refused to help anymore. They had held up their end of the deal and they didn't owe him anything else.
• Buddy needed their help so began digging for information on them and found out that Juliet was their daughter (turns out she was just Rebecca's but he didn't know this at the time).
• He threatened to tell her and put her in harms way if the Gibson's didn't help him - so they agreed to help.
• The plan was to situate Buddy in Vegas and create a new identity for him. - This is where the 'Stan' name came from in Bad Bets. 
• He based himself in Steph's (Jay and Jess' friend) bar (but she never saw his face) with the best men in Vegas that the Gibson's had found for him to take down the gang.
• However, Joe Roads (Isabella's brother) was out in Vegas at the time and found out about Stan being Buddy.
• The Gibson's soon turned on Buddy when he got Jay thrown in prison and wanted to get back at him so needed info on him (which they found with the help of Steph).
• Steph (Jay and Jess' friend) knew that Silver was Stan's daughter so put the pieces together and they found out that Silver was Buddy's daughter.
• The Gibson's spoke to Silver. They obviously knew Brent was her brother (Buddy's son) but they also found out that George was Buddy's son too.
• George's adoptive parents were in a gang with Rebecca and Jonathan Gibson.
• They wouldn't let Buddy have anything to do with George so through anger he killed them both, took their money and took George in as well.
• Buddy found pleasure in doing this so it brings us back to the first bullet point and this was where it all started.
