- Ellie doesn't want to leave home since having their baby Macie, as she feels like she needs her mum and dad's support. This is causing tension between her and James as he wants them to move out and have their own space and family.
- He is spending his time between the Lawrences and home but doesn't think it's a practical solution. Ellie is always spending all of her time with her family and never wants to spend Christmas with his, so he ends up going to hers.
- Harvey and Grace have recently moved in together when Grace got pregnant unexpectantly. They have just had their baby boy. Things are going well however, they are struggling to manage both wanting a party life as well as being parents. As they are both party animals, this makes it very difficult.
